Just an area demonstration and some film attempt on the AF-100 with the Kipon EOS to Micro Four Thirds transcriber. After almost 3 years of development, Pentax has finally shown off their brand new 645 medium format DSLR. This isn’t your typical on-the-go DSLR, in fact its probably not your typical DSLR in general. While there is no price for this Hasselbladian style camera, we can be rest assured you wont see many people sporting it around at photo shows like PVDI here in Toronto.

Infomatique obtained a new camcorder just before Christmas (Sony NEX-VG10E) but right to severe weather conditions did not return an opportunity to exercise it until this week. The VG10E is basically a camera with interchangeable lens and it is equally suitable for employment as a Digital Stills Camera or as a Video Camera. Many reviewer assertion that it is maiden priced but I gentleman’t agree. The only situation that I disfavour about this camcorder is the terrible User Interface (almost the Lapp as the NEX-5).
Nikon has just launched 2 new mirrorless cameras. One’s for the more advanced photographer and one’s for the amateur who’d like a step-up in picture quality. Both are part of Nikon’s “Advanced Camera, Interchangeable Lens” series. One of the key differences between the two cameras is the size.
